The Story Behind Nike Foamposites

It was a pain in the butt to create the Foamposite material. It took Nike many years and millions of dollars to develop it. They almost gave up on the idea after repeated failed attempts because it was so hard to manufacture. But they finally got it right in the mid 1990's and created the Foamposite ONE and PRO. The difference between the two is that the PRO has a big Nike swoosh on the side. The Foamposite feels stiff at first, but after wearing the shoe several times the heat generated by your feet allows the Foamposite to form a mold around the shape of your foot creating a unique, customized feel <3
